X Cell- Stem Cell Therapy

X Cell Stem Cells- The Ultimate Stem Cell

After working in the field of regenerative medicine for over 20 years I have seen many stem cell applications and different types of stem cells. They all have their unique characteristics. The vast majority of clinics use perinatal stem cells, which include stem cells from cord blood, Whartons jelly, and amniotic fluid. There are also products containing Exosomes derived from these perinatal stem cells. Exosomes are the tiny vesicles that are secreted from stem cells which activate a rejuvenating effect.

After using these perinatal stem cells and perinatal Exosomes for many years, I have discovered a much more powerful stem cell line that I call X Cells. X Cells are derived from adipose or fat tissue and are known as ADSC or adipose derived stem cells.  Let’s dive into the benefits of ADSC and why they might be the best answer for regeneration in orthopedic and neurologic applications, inner ear regeneration and autoimmune conditions.

Consider these 3 aspects of X Cells:

1. They live longer. They have stem cell viability for as much as weeks compared to hours with “perinatal stem cells” such as Wharton’s jelly, cord blood or other placental-derived sources. Most “Stem Cell” clinics use culture-expanded perinatal stem cells. These Mesenchymal Stem cells or MSCs are very fragile and survive a very short period of time.
2. X Cells also differentiate 4 times faster than perinatal MSCs. This means that they can start working 400 times faster to regenerate your body.

3. They are superior at producing endothelial cells at a much more rapid rate. That means more blood supply to the new cells and tissues so that the body can bring in all the necessary building blocks to create strong healthy cartilage, nerve tissue, ligaments, and muscles.

MORE THAN JUST MSC’s IN X CELLS

2 million doses of X Cells actually contain many more stems cells then these MSC’s. There is closer to 20 million total stems cells and 10-12 different types of different stem cells contained in X Cell. Stem cells such as Adipose Muse cells! Adipose-Muse cells are stem cells with the capacity for differentiation and lack of cancer (teratoma formation) make these cells a powerful cell stem cell therapies. They are both regenerative and promote the effectiveness of X Cells to support both ectodermal (brain, neurological) and endodermal (lung, thyroid and pancreas) tissues.

HAIR, SKIN & SEXUAL REJUVENATION

X Cells have an enhanced ability to both produce endothelial cells and regenerate nerves which makes them an excellent choice to treat hair loss, for sexual rejuvenation (O-Shot & P Shot), and even skin rejuvenation.

(TYPICAL STEM CELL TREATMENTS IN MEXICO, COLOMBIA, AND PANAMA)

Let’s circle back to Exosomes. Stem cells not only migrate to damaged tissue and differentiate into various cell lines to replace the damaged cells, but they also attach in locations adjacent to damaged cells and release tiny vesicles called Exosomes. Exosomes are tiny packages of RNA. RNA carries information. These little vesicles are carrying the information from the stem cell. This will influence the damaged cells as well as healthy cells that are in the area to go into a regenerative phase and begin to rebuild damage with new fresh cells and tissue. Ultimately, it is your own cells and tissue that do the repair after the RNA in the Exosomes showers the injured or weakened sites in the body.

Exosomes that are released by the stem cells provide the primary influence for regeneration.  Both perinatal and ADSC produce an average of 17 million Exosomes per hour.  Let’s dive into some deep math to prove my point as to the benefits of a longer-living stem cell line.

An X Cell producing 17 million Exosomes per cell per hour (average per studies) multiplied by 2 million X Cells is 34 trillion or 34,000,000,000,000 per hour which would continue to be produced for 2-4 weeks.  When we compare this to a typical perinatal stem cell producing 17 million Exosomes over 12 hours, it is only 2.5% (12 hours divided by 504 hours for 3 weeks) of what an X Cell would create over 3 weeks.

That’s 4,000% more regenerative ability!

X CELLS FOR BRAIN & NERVES

Researchers have found X Cells to show superior potential for promoting nerve regeneration and remyelination of nerves in cases of MS and neuropathy.

When administered to damaged nerve fibers, X Cells can incorporate themselves into the affected area, differentiate into oligodendrocytes (the cells responsible for producing myelin), and initiate the rebuilding of the myelin sheath.

BRAIN PROTOCOL

At Advanced Rejuvenation we see many neurological cases and utilize a powerful Protocol called Red, Blue O2. This is a synergistic treatment using Photobiomodulation (Red light therapy), Methylene Blue and other photodynamic substances along with oxygen therapies such HBOT  (hyperbaric oxygen), CVAC and Cranial Therapy which aims to improve oxygen within the brain. We use a special process along with the administration of X Cells. For more on Red Blue 02 see the book Methylene Blue: Magic Bullet on Amazon.

X CELLS CLINICALLY

X Cells are FDA-APPROVED for Crohn’s disease utilizing ADSCs called Cx-601 administered via IV infusion. See link There have been 5,340 patients treated under an FDA-Approved Multisite Clinical Trial for Osteoarthritis of the knee utilizing X Cells. There have been over 200 clinical stem cell trials utilizing X Cells, more than any other stem cell source to date. Cells are natural, not expanded and processed without DMSO or enzymes. And to date, each audit by the FDA has resulted in a perfect review. Advanced Rejuvenation is the first clinic to use X Cells for inner ear regeneration and we plan to begin clinical trials soon based on positive results to date.
